FAQs

  • Customers will receive a full refund if cruise is canceled up to 5 days prior to cruise departure time. There are NO refunds within 48 hours of cruise departure time.

    You MUST contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. If, when canceling, we do not answer the phone, you MUST leave a message to confirm time of call.

    No-shows will be charged the full price. **NO refunds/reschedules - NO exceptions**

    WEATHER CANCELATION POLICY

    If there is inclement weather on the day of your cruise, it is our policy, per the Captain's discretion, whether or not to cancel the cruise up to an hour before departure time.

    NOTE: If we cancel due to inclement weather and the "Trip Insurance" has been purchased then a full refund will be issued.

    If we cancel due to inclement and the "Trip Insurance" has *NOT* been purchased then the customer will receive a choice of rescheduling or gift card - no expiration

    Trip Insurance

    Trip Insurance is 15% of the subtotal of your cruise and will cover cancellations up to 5 days prior of cruise departure time and/or if we cancel your cruise due to inclement weather

    **This is Florida and our weather is very unpredictable. If you live out of town/state, please consider purchasing the "Trip Insurance" there are no exceptions to our policy**

  • We provide an ice filled cooler, cups/shot glasses, paper towels, bottle opener, and Bluetooth stereo. Please feel free to bring whatever beverages and snacks you like.

    **If you order food from Caribbean Jack’s, please make sure to order at least 30-45 mins before your cruise time.

  • There is limited parking in Caribbean Jack’s main parking lot. Additionally, there are two overflow parking lots on Ballough Ave. Please click here for a map.

  • No, our tiki is NOT equipped with a bathroom but we do have a bathroom/smoke break halfway through the cruise at Halifax Harbor Marina.

  • Absolutely Not!! Well, actually, nothing that lights fire. Vaping is allowed.

  • Yes, we do card everyone that is drinking. So, please make sure you have a valid ID!

  • Yes, we have type 1 PFD for every passenger, along with all Coast Guard required equipment, including a USCG first aid kit.

  • We had a great time! The tiki boat was clean and well maintained. We had great conversation and learned more about the area and received some great restaurant suggestions. BYOB and snacks, so loved that too. We luckily were able to see dolphins, very relaxing and fun!

  • One of the Best times we have ever had and the Best Captain we could've ever had Captain Ashley B. She was AMAZING from letting us drive the Tiki boat to serving us drinks and playing our music. If you are ever in Daytona Beach you have to do this trip. It was so well worth it.

  • Maggie the captain was amazing. We had a beautiful afternoon on the water.. only 4 people total so it felt like a private tour. We saw so many dolphin which was not advertised or expected. Highly recommend this and will definitely be back.
